Eric Dwinnells is back with a brand new guest cohost Zoe Clark to tell you about their shared passion for the killer disease, rabies!

Not only has rabies evolved to be one of the most deadly and horrifying diseases on the planet, but it's also the possible root of many mythological monsters including vampires, zombies, and werewolves! Think about it: you get bit by some creature, it's bite infects you and you become ill. You become sensitive to sunlight and become aggressive attempting to spread your curse by biting others. sounds very familiar, no?

Rabies has been with us for centuries and although it is relatively unknown in the western world, it is a huge problem to this day in parts of Asia and Africa. In al recorded history, not one person had ben able to survive rabies...until 2004. Tonight you will hear the incredible true story of rabies sufferer Jeanna Giese, the girl who survived rabies. When she was found to have rabies, Dr. Rodney Willoughby created the controversial "Milwaukee Protocol". Some say it is responsible for saving Jeanna's life. Others say it an extremely dangerous procedure and should never be tried. We'll take this question and much more on tonight's Spooky A S!

The westward expansion of the United States created new opportunities for pioneers...and murderers! Tonight host Eric Dwinnells and guest co-host Brian Toney discuss the infamous case of The Bloody Benders!

Just after the Cival War, people started to notice travelers seemed to be disappearing in Osage County, Kansas. It didn't take long for suspicion to fall on the Bender family who ran a small general store and restaurant out of their cabin. Soon, the truth was discovered; the Benders had in fact been murdering their guests and burying them in their orchard...but by the time this was discovered, the Benders had disappeared.

So what happened to the Benders?  We'll discuss that plus:
a follow up to last week's episode about Lynn Ann Smith, The Oklahoma Sooners, and who we would cast in The Bloody Benders: The Movie.

Eric Dwinnells is back to tell you of the little known case of The Babysitter Slayer of Springfield. In 1954 in Springfield, MA, 14 year old Lynn Ann Smith was babysitting for the Goldberg family. At some point during the night, Lynn Ann was attacked in viciously murdered. The killer also murdered one of the young boy's she'd been babysitting, 4 year old Steven Goldberg, in his bed. Police sought clues and it turned out to be a simple piece of thread that led investigators to the killer: Kenneth Chapin.

Police had their man and he confessed to the crime...but now the state was asking its self was Kenneth responsible for his own actions? Would they execute this 18 year old who had shown no previous criminality? Or could they find a way to show him mercy? The kind of mercy he certainly didn't offer his young victims.
