Host Eric Dwinnells welcomes back returning guest co-host Emily Ferguson who is here to discuss her "home town horror", Ed Walters and The Gulf Breeze UFO Sightings of 1987-1990. For about a three year period, Emily's home town of Gulf Breeze, Florida, was caught in the middle of UFO hysteria when a local contractor named Ed Walters claimed to have made contact with alien space craft...and he had remarkably detailed pictures to prove it! The local paper ran with the story and Ed fed them more stories and photos as the months went on...but not everyone believed Ed's wild tales. In fact, after Ed moved out of his home, the next resident claimed to have found a model UFO hidden in the attic. Was this the UFO Ed used to fake his photos or was a skeptical reports out to discredit Ed at all costs?

It's a story full of twists and turns including dueling newspapers, trampolines, the local high school, neighbors who called it all a hoax, NASA, and, most importantly, alien beings dressed in a suit of armor!!!

Also discussed: The Gulf Breeze Six (aka Doomsday Six), the possibility of life on other planets, Emily's own encounters with UFOs and her theory on what they actually are, and why you should never tell anyone to "calm down"

It's the start of our second year and kicking it off with a look at the original mystifying oracle,The Ouija Board! Host Eric Dwinnells and guest co-host Tom Cole discuss the not-so-spooky history of the board itself including where the idea came from, why people thought it worked, the strange way in which it's creators received a patent on their creation, and why so many people have a problem with Ouija boards today. We'll also hear what happened when Eric showed the board to a Wiccan friend of his.

Christian groups, pagans, and many occultist all warn against use of Ouija boards. Can these boards, sold at Toys R Us, really be used to talk to the dead or conjure demons?!? Tonight, Eric and Tom will risk their souls to find out! At the end of the episode, they will break out a board and attempt to make contact themselves!

They'll also discuss true crime cases involving Ouija boards including two separate cases where the murderers claim they killed their victims because the board told them to.

We'll also dip into the listener mailbag to hear what you fans have to say and discuss pranks used to annoy significant others! All this and more on tonight's Spooky A S!

Happy birthday to us! That's right, Spooky A S has been around for a full year now and host Eric Dwinnells is taking you right back to the start with the show's original guest co-host, Brian Toney! It's certainly not all fun and games this week though because tonight we're going to talk about The Boy in the Box. It's an unsolved murder mystery from 1957. The body of a young boy was found in a box by the side of the road but even after 60 years, we're still not sure who the victim is...or who killed him!

Some people, including a psychic, think a local foster home may have been involved. In 2002 a mysterious woman came forward claiming her mother killed the boy and then forced her to help dispose of the body!

Most of the info on tonights show came from wikipedia and www.americasunknownchild.net

Also on this episode, Eric reveals a small moment from a previous show that still makes him LOL when he thinks about it. And you won't want to miss the thrilling tale of that time when Eric and Brian went shopping for headphone adapters!

Host Eric Dwinnells discusses one of his all time favorite TV shows with returning guest co-host Fatima Elmi. Tonight it's all about Unsolved Mysteries!!! The creepy music, the surreal reenactments, and of course, bid spooky daddy himself, the great Robert Stack!

We discuss the entire run of the series from it's NBC highs to it's Spike TV lows. We'll compare the original Robert Stack series to the revamped Dennis Farina nightmare...and state why it probably wasn't Dennis' fault that his version was so forgettable!

We'll also look into the life of Robert Stack to review two of his own true-life encounters with the paranormal.

But to be honest, we just scratched the surface...they'll be a part 2 to this episode going into more detail about the behind the senses and specific segments further down the line. Stay tuned!

Host Eric Dwinnells is joined by guest co-host Judith Kalaora, a Bostn-based actress and tour guide. Tonight they are going to discuss a relatively unknown yet fascinating chapel of Boston's history: The life and crimes of Jesse Pomeroy (aka The Boy Fiend of Boston aka The Boston Boy Slayer) who was convicted of murder when he was just 14. We know for sure he killed at least 2 victims, but to hear some people tell it, it was more like 10-30 victims. If so, this would make him America's youngest convicted serial killer. But more than that, jess was also know to lure local children to remote areas to strip, beat, prick, stab, and do much, much worse things. What turns a child into a torture killer? What did his mother know and did she try to cover it up? The judge sentenced Jesse to hang, but would the governor sign the death warrant of a 14 year old boy? What did Jesse do with his time in Jail?

All this and more will be discussed on tonight's Spooky A S!
